We make our pictures out of air.
Nothing in the frame can exist before we make it seen.
We need a story, and a place to tell it.
We search down lonely roads, hike mountains and cities,
looking for something that is only an idea.
We find the perfect place.
We change it to a place made for us.
It's ours for the moment.
Then we take it all down, as if it never existed.
It disappears into thin air.
Pictures are bridges between artist and audience.
We are a bridge between the picture and the real world.
Without the real world, there are no pictures.
Only air waiting for ideas. -- Jody Hummer, LMGI
